Reimagining Diversity: A New Chapter on Supplier Inclusion and More

My name is Kristen, and for over two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to building world-class supplier inclusion programs at major corporations. I've had the privilege of helping countless diverse-owned businesses—from LGBTQ+ to women- and minority-owned—access incredible opportunities. Now, I’m starting a new chapter.

Two months ago, my position was eliminated, and I found myself at a crossroads. While the path back into the corporate world exists, I've decided to do something different: I want to share the wealth of knowledge I’ve gained over my career and explore the broader world of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) with you.

This space will be my next adventure. Here, we'll dive deep into the tangible work of DE&I, celebrating its wins, unpacking its challenges, and highlighting the real-world impact it has on businesses and communities. And what better way to kick things off than by celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month?

For the next 30 days, we'll learn together. I'm no expert in every facet of this rich heritage, but I am committed to learning and sharing that journey with you.
