Hey there! I'm Kristen, and not too long ago, I got the news that my remote job was being eliminated. So, here I am, taking the not-so-unique plunge into the world of social! With over 25 years of experience in developing and managing corporate Supplier Diversity programs, I’m excited to share a fresh perspective on diversity, equity, and inclusion. I’m still super passionate about supporting corporate initiatives, but I believe there's even more we can do, and that’s where I want to focus my energy!

Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I'm all about purpose (and maybe a dash of delightful chaos). Growing up as one four boisterous sisters in Connecticut taught me how to make some noise, but moving to Belgium sparked my passion for diverse cultures and inclusion. My professional Supplier Diversity journey has taken me from Levi Strauss to Aetna, Twitter, and WEX, and I love helping small, local, and diverse businesses thrive—because we all have the power to make a positive impact When I'm not working or exploring, you can find me in Reno with my two cats, always on a mission to champion diversity and build connections.
